There is no minimum order amount. You can purchase individual items or combine several items into a single order.

Shipping.

We have now introduced a new low cost flat rate shipping charge. No matter how many items you purchase you will only need to pay a single shipping charge. These charges are as follows :-

Countries in Europe	£1.00
Countries outside of Europe	£1.50

Your orders will be shipped from the United Kingdom.

Orders from UK customers will normally be shipped using Royal Mail first class service.

Orders from customers outside the UK will normally be shipped using the Royal Mail Airmail service.

Payment methods

We can accept payment by credit/debit card. We can also accept payments directly from a Paypal account.

Security

We use Paypal to process all credit/debit card payments. Paypal is one of the largest on-line payment processing organizations handling over 60 billion USD a year in worldwide transactions.

When you decide to make payment you will be transferred to the Paypal secure server.

All of your financial details are handled by Paypal. We do not receive or have access to this information.

Because your financial details are never stored or accessed by our systems there is no risk of this information being mis-used.

Note :-

You do not need an account with Paypal to pay by credit card. One-off payments are processed in the same way as any other credit card transaction.

Order processing.

In order for us to process your order you will need to create a user account on our ordering system. This simply involves entering a shipping address for your order.

Your user account is used only for creating and shipping your order(s).

We do not require any of your financial details to be entered into your user account.

Once you have created an account you can log back into your account at any time to check on the items you have ordered. You will also receive an email notifying you when your order has been shipped.

You are not commited to purchase any item until you proceed to the checkout process and make payment. Please note however, that the availability of some items may change when there is a delay between creating the order and proceeding to the checkout process.
