These cables allows you to connect internal USB devices to the USB pin header on your motherboard.
The cables are USB 2.0, 55cm long and can be used to connect :-
Two single independent USB devices which have 4 or 5 pin USB pin headers.
One integrated USB unit with an 8, 9 or 10 pin USB pin header.

located at different positions in the PC case, for example in different

The cables come with a pair of 5 way female to male pin adaptors. These allow
one or both of the device connectors to be converted to male (pin) termination.
These adaptors allow the cables to be used as long extension cables or to
be fitted to devices that have female (socket) rather than pin header connectors.
These cables must be configured to suit your motherboard and devices.
The cables are supplied with the pins removed from the connectors.
Configuring the cable simply involves inserting the pins into the
connectors in the order given in your manuals.

One 2x5 way motherboard connector.
Two 5 way device connectors.
Internal usb cables: wires fitted with pin-socket connectors.
Two 5 way female to male pin adaptors.
The two 5 way device connectors can be placed on top of each other to
form the equivalent of a 2x5 way connector.
The 5 way pin adaptors can be fitted to one end of the cable to produce a pin
header style connector.
